Return & Refund Policy

Welcome to Timeusb! All Timeusb brand new products are strictly tested by our quality inspectors before delivery. All our LiFePO4 batteries come with a 5-year warranty, and AC-DC chargers a 2-year warranty. They are eligible for free returns within 30 days of delivery (if product quality issue), and the same warranty applies to replacement products! So, order with confidence!

How to return and get a refund/replacement?

Step 1. Please contact Timeusb Customer Service (Contact us) and provide the reason for return and necessary pictures or videos to verify your order problem.

Step 2. Our customer service team investigate and offer a solution based on our policy.

Step 3. Both parties reach an agreement on the solution, and our customer service team provide the return informations.

Step 4. Return the product (if required). When our warehouse receives the return, our customer service team will operate the refund/replacement.

Step 5. Refund your order (if no replacement is offered). You will receive your refund within 2-14 business days (depending on your card issuer) via the same route you originally paid.

You can reject it directly if it is confirmed damaged and item cannot be fixed with a replacement part.

Please provide us with clear pictures of the item, the SKU/PN number and all shipping labels on the package.

Quality issues

Missing parts

The wrong address sent

After receiving the tracking number, please be sure to confirm that the address is correct. If it is wrong, please contact us to modify it.

Item malfunctioned during the 30 day returns period

Please provide relevant information to prove that you have correctly installed and operated the product according to the product manual instructions.

1. Please Contact us with necessary pictures or videos for above return situations. Once verified, We will offer you a suitable solution.

2. If you refuse or fail to provide photos or videos, this will be considered "buyer’s remorse" and you will be responsible for the cost of returning or exchanging the product.

3. If your return address is different from the original shipping address (for example, the shipping address is within the United States and the return address is a remote area or international area), resulting in the shipping cost exceeding the original shipping cost, you will be responsible for the additional shipping costs.

Note:

1. For above return situations, you will bear the cost of return & restock.

2. Timeusb will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label first, and the shipping cost of the returned product will be deducted from the refund after the product arrives at the warehouse.

How long does it take to receive your refund?

Different payment methods take different amounts of time to get a refund, but you’ll usually receive it within 2-14 business days. If you have not received a refund within the time frame, please fell free to contact us or your card issuer.

Cancellation of order

Timeusb generally sends out your orders within 1-2 business days. To cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible to cancel the order.

However, if the order has been shipped, we will refund the payment within 3 workdays after the shipped product is returned.
